My clients tend to be in Consumer Packaged Goods: the Food, Dairy and Baby Food sectors, suppliers selling to the multinationals.

I am based in the UK and operate worldwide.

I have always loved the challenges related to serving the end consumers in the Food and Baby Food sectors. I believe that it is important to earn trust by being able to tell people "how it was made", "where it came from" with full confidence and transparency. My mission is to contribute to the success of organisations by creating value through more effective B2B relationships along the value chain.

About Janet Lung Standing


Janet has 25 years of business experience in international FMCG companies: MARS and Danone. She held various senior supplier-facing positions leading global procurement teams and supplier development organisations. She is experienced in working strategically with suppliers from different parts of the world to satisfy their corporate customers' expectation. She is known for her collaborative approach in engaging suppliers to tackle the ever-complex Quality and Food safety challenges, especially more recently in the Infant milk formula (Early Life Nutrition) sector.

Having been a corporate global procurement director during some of the most turbulent times in the dairy industry, she is respected for her in-depth understanding of the global dairy ingredients market and her vast network of contacts amongst the key players around the world.
She is an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, an active member of the LEAD Network (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity). As a speaker, Janet has a natural style in connecting with the emotions of her audience. She has spoken at: the US Dairy Export Council AGM, the European Whey Processors Association Annual Conference and the Global Procurement Summit, Amsterdam.
